Warranty
Focal heaters carry a 3-year warranty.
Start with the troubleshooting tool — it resolves common issues on the spot, and if it can’t, it puts together the report Focal Support needs for your claim. Prefer to skip it? Email Focal Support directly with a photo of the heater’s QR code or serial number and a description of the issue.
Service
The heater has no user-serviceable parts. All service beyond basic cleaning must be done by Focal-authorized personnel.
If a unit is damaged or malfunctioning, discontinue use, secure any loose parts, and contact Focal for a replacement rather than attempting a repair. When the replacement arrives, follow Replace a Heater.
